But it's important to create a strong foundation for a productive day by grounding yourself first. This could be meditation, physical movement, drinking a glass of water, or writing in a journal.

Specify clear boundaries around when you're working and how quickly you'll respond to messages. Then communicate these to your team.
Log your working hours in a shared calendar, and set reminders when you should be wrapping up for the day.
